"Ai Parking Reader" mobile application developed by Hello Robo, Inc. ("us", "we", "Hello Robo", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("Service"), you (User) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our app.
1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Hello Robo ("Company") regarding the use of Ai Parking Reader ("App"). By downloading, installing and using the App, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and acknowledge that the User has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If the User doesn't not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.
1.1 License Grant
Hello Robo grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant the User any rights to the intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, associated with the App.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Usage Requirements
The User must be at least 4 years old to use our app. By using the Service, the User represents and warrants that the User is at least 4 years old.
2.2 Accuracy and Recommendations
Our app provides recommendations based on AI analysis of parking signs. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in our predictions. Users are responsible for complying with parking regulations, and any parking tickets incurred are the user's responsibility.
2.3 User Conduct
The User agrees not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. The User also agrees not to interfere with the proper working of the app or disrupt it in any way.
2.4 User Responsibilities
- The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
- The User may not, under any circumstances, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- The User may not use the App in any way that may cause harm to Hello Robo or other users, including but not limited to transmitting malware or engaging in fraudulent activities.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Photo Collection
We may collect photos captured using our app's camera feature to train and improve our AI model. Your contributions are invaluable in enhancing the app's accuracy. The photos gathered is for the sole purpose of providing the User accurate parking advice.
3.2 Data Ownership
By submitting photos, the User grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the content for the purpose of enhancing our app. The information gathered is for the sole purpose of providing the User accurate parking advice.
4. Payment and Trial Period
After a trial use, the user is required to pay for continued use of our app. Payment information is securely processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.
4.1 Refunds
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@hellorobo.co with the details of your request. We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.
5. Privacy
We collect and process personal information and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our app, the User consent to our collection and use of this information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hello Robo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
The User acknowledges that our app's recommendations are based on AI analysis and that Hello Robo and its affiliates does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions. The User agrees that Hello Robo and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to parking fines, resulting from the use or misuse of our app.
7. Referral Program
The referral program offers users of the application the opportunity to gift free scans to their friends and receive bonus scans in return. Participation in the referral program implies agreement with its rules as described in the Terms of Use.
7.1 Reward Acquisition
A user who invites a friend receives a bonus scan after the invited friend uses the code, installs the application, and makes a purchase of one of the available subscriptions.The invited friend also receives a bonus scan after purchasing a subscription and if they have not previously installed the app.Each user can receive a bonus scan only once from each unique inviter.
7.2 Abuse
Any attempts to manipulate the referral program or abuse it may result in disqualification from the program.
7.3 Program Changes
The application administration reserves the right to change the terms or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Liability
Users agree that the application administration is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in the referral program.
7.5 Privacy and Data Processing Consent
The user agrees to the transfer and processing of their data within the referral program, as well as that their contact information may be used for sending invitations.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the app after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Update and Support
We may provide updates to the App as it sees fit, which may include bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. Hello Robo is not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App.
10. Termination
Hello Robo reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's license to use the App at its sole discretion. Upon termination, the User must cease using the App and remove it from their device.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Hello Robo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
